We are located in Yancey County, gateway to Mt Mitchell. Our Burnsville vacation property is 6 miles south of Burnsville town square and 40 minutes from Asheville. It includes 208 acres of private mounbtain land with ½ mile of crystal clear river frontage. Guest cabins are all located mountain side overlooking the river.
Each Burnsville vacation cabin sleeps 6 featuring a master bedroom with Simmons Beautyrest mattress and full bath. The loft has twin beds with Simmons mattresses which can be converted to kingsize with advance notice. The loft also has a full bath. The sleeper sofa in the living area will sleep two additional guests.

We have an outdoor pavilion on the river front with hammocks, seating, fire pit, picnic tables and lighting for day or nighttime enjoyment. Make daily visits to the barn and visit with the horses and goats.
Things to do nearby: Some of the best motorcycle riding in America begins at our property line. We are 45 minutes from Asheville and 30 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Roan Mountain, Mount Mitchell, and Grandfather Mountain are all close by. Arts and crafts abound throughout the county and surrounding area.
