Deposits

10% of total booking required day of reservation. 14 days prior to arrival full payment is required either by cash, check, credit card. 14 day cancellation is required to get a refundable deposit. If less than 14 day cancellation is made the refund will be determined if the cabin can be rented within the date of reservation prior made. If not the charge could be as much as 50% of total reservation charge. There will be a service charge for all cancellations of $15.00. All cancellations must be in writing or by email. Once secure reservation form is recd you will be mailed a confirmation letter within 12 hours of reservation $250.00 security deposit and $150.00 pet deposit.

Cancellation & Return Policy

14 day cancellation is required to get a refundable deposit, there will be a service charge for cancellations of $50.00.

Fees & Taxes

12% taxes + $75 cleaning fee not included.
