Jersey Shores 1 is the two bedroom lower unit of our duplex & has been renovated and is ready for your stay! Just 100 feet from the Boardwalk, Sand and the Ocean. Sleeps 6 to 8. Get your beach towels ready for some fun at the beach. For those of you familiar with Jersey court, you know it is one of the best courts in Mission Beach.

There is a wonderful bricked in patio to sit back and enjoy the sun, BBQ, and have a drink. The interior is spacious and decorated with new furnishings, paint, flooring and appliances. There is a large tandem covered parking area. This is an opportunity to stay in a great unit, and in an awesome location. You can also combine this unit with the upstairs for larger groups and enjoy the amenities of both. The upstairs is Jersey Shores 2. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit that features an ocean view from the living room and a rooftop deck. Sleeps 8-10.

Very nice beach home, very spacious and well equipped. Beautiful view of San Diego and the Ocean from the roof top. Owner very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will rent the house again in the future.
