Our unit provides bed, bath and kitchen linens and beach towels. Appliances in the kitchen include toaster, blender, coffee maker, electric can opener, microwave,electric range, refrigerator with ice maker/dispenser and water dispenser and dishwasher. All dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans and bakeware make this kitchen complete. There are 3 televisions w/DVD players and two CD players in our unit. All 3 bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans. There are 2 king beds and 2 twin beds. The master bath offers a shower stall; the hall bath offers a bathtub. There is a full size washer and dryer,Wireless Internet Service and sand/beach toys for small children. There is a handicap ramp into the lobby from the garage area to the elevators. Our unit has 1 assigned parking space in the garage.

Many water activities available at two marinas near our property. Just 25 minutes south at John's Pass or 10 minutes north in Clearwater Beach you may rent boats, jet skis, parasails and many other watersports. Clearwater Beach offers volleyball games on the beach. Many miniature golf places on Gulf Blvd. and Wagon Wheel Flea Market in Largo (20 minute drive). Busch Gardens in Tampa is a 30 minute drive. Walt Disney World in Orlando is 1 1/2 hours away. There is a Bird Sanctuary on Gulf Blvd. about 15 minutes south.
