HOUSE RENTALS:

Main Rancho, 2-3 double rooms plus kitchen, 1 private bath with outdoor shower, closest to the beach, large kitchen and outdoor dining area. 1-6 guests. Maid service included. $70/per person/night with all meals included. This rate applies to all cabins where meals are included.


Honeymoon Cabina, 2 double rooms, 2 stories plus kitchen, 2 private baths and shower, wading pool of artesian creek water, ping pong/multimedia art studio, 1-4 guests max. Maid service included. $100/night for 2, plus $25 per extra guest with 4 max. This is a housekeeping rate with kitchen.

Two double tent cabins are available in the forest


We can hire a local cook to help with cooking and cleaning and taxis can bring food out from town or there are a couple local businesses to purchase meals out.

Because of the increased numbers of walk-in guests, we always advise making reservations as far in advance as possible. Reservations are guaranteed after receipt of a 20-40% reservation deposit. Full balance may be paid either in advance in the U.S. or upon arrival in Costa Rica. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of arrival date will receive back deposit monies minus a 15% service charge plus wire transfer fees if applicable. * RATES exclude Christmas/New Years period. There are no refunds for late cancellations 30 days or less.
