There is a fully furnished kitchen with all new appliances in 2007 and a serving counter to dining area which leads into the living area which has an entertainment unit with TV, DVD, VIDEO, TAPE/CD/TUNER equipment.
An enclosed lanai is accessible through the living room and master bedroom and has a most beautiful view of the golf course. There is also a patio area which is accessed from the lanai.
The Venice, Florida condo has a laundry room with new washer and dryer and is carpeted throughout except the kitchen, entrance hall and bathrooms which are tiled.
Outside in its own covered parking space there is a storage unit where ice box, beach chairs and umbrella can be found.
The vacation rental condo's community pool is about 200 yards away and is solely for the use of the condo residents. However temporary residents in our condo can also take advantage of our social membership of the Plantation Golf and Country Club. Facilities at the club include a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, gym/fitness center, 13 tennis courts, 2 Championship golf courses and the dining and entertainment facilities at the Golf Club.
Temporary residents can transfer our condo social membership to themselves during their stay for a sum paid to Plantation Golf & Country Club which is at present $50. This will enable residents to use all facilities at the club and obtain a discount on both tennis and golf activities.

Condo is approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Venice Village and beach which is known as the shark tooth capital of the world.Nearest beaches are about 10 minutes away and the beaches are some of the finest on the west coast.30 minutes drive from Sarasota where can be found the Oera House, Van Wezel Theater, Barnum Bailey Circus Museum, Art Galleries & St Armands Circle.Fort Myers is about 60 muinutes and Orlando about 2 and a half hours.

PLANTATION GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB - Venice, Florida Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
US Dollar check or money order, 6 weeks before arrival.
Deposits will be dependent on the length of stay, minimum deposit $250. Deposits will be kept as a security deposit when full payment is made and will be returned in full within 2 weeks of departure if there is no damage or repairs required beyond normal wear and tear.
Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival. If cancellations occurs within 90 days or less, there will be no refund with the following exeptions.a) If we are able to re rent the condominium we will refund the deposit in full less additional expenses incurred to re rent the condominium.b) Deposit could be put forward to a future period of stay.
