My Mountain paradise is 6 miles from Heavenly Valley ski resort, 8 miles from the casinos, 6 miles from Lake Tahoe beeches. Beech towels, chairs, and umbrella provided. Ski rental available upon request (delivered to front door and fitted).

Bike riding through the forest at Camp Richardson is a must. Fishing and boating at Fallen Leaf Lake is unbelievable. Horseback riding, quad all terain vehicle riding, hiking, it is all there for the taking.

The preferred method of payment is PayPal. I will except personal check provided the payment is made 30 days or more in advance. I also except Visa and Master Card via PayPal

Deposits

$350.00 security deposit due at time of booking. Security deposit refunded within two weeks following stay less any damage that may occur.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Full refund on cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival. Forfeiture of two nights accomodations on cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. No refunds on cancellations made within two weeks of arrival subject to rebooking (if rebooked then all other refund policies apply). Security deposit is not subject to refund policy and is fully refundable on no shows.

Fees & Taxes

10% El Dorado County Transient Occupancy Tax, $115 departure cleaning fee (add $15 per person over 6 people).
