Our Orlando Florida Villa is in the quiet community of Sunridge Woods only 7 miles from Walt Disney World and close to the Interstate 4 leading to other theme parks, shopping and the coast. The pool is 30ft x 15 feet and has electric heating. On a large plot and backing on to a conservation area (not overlooked) it is ideal for one or two couples looking for a restful Fall/Winter break.

Bedroom 1 has a 7ft. King size bed, a large walk in closet and an en suite shower room with access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a 5ft. Queen size bed, and a large storage cupboard. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with a large storage cupboard and double doors for easy wheel chair access. The villa has high cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans for added comfort. The kitchen is fully fitted with stove, dishwasher, ample crockery and utensils, plus a fridge/freezer. This Orlando vacation home also has a washing machine and drier in the double garage. Having been the show house when the estate was built, it is on a large plot and is not overlooked. There are Tvs in each bedroom. A keyed security safe is in the closet of the Master bedroom. The garage has been converted in to a Games Room with Pool, Foosball and electronic soft tipped darts.

Sunridge Woods is a quiet community with an active home owners association to ensure that the area is well maintained and clean. Golf is available at Champions Gate and Reunion, only a few miles from the house. The pool is cleaned weekly and the Management Company, who are always on call, ensures that the Orlando vacation rental house is well cleaned and ready for occupation. Altogether, a real home from home. The family room has two 3 seater sofas, a 32 TV , a DVD player and a CD player. The double sliding door to the pool deck is alarmed to warn if non swimmers or small children try to escape to the pool. There is second bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3. Pool can be heated at $19 US Dollars per day
