Our Florida home located in Davenport Florida is this close to all the attractions Orlando Florida is known for!!! Disney Florida vacation rental villa is in the quiet community of Sunridge Woods only 7 miles from Walt Disney World Orlando and close to the Interstate 4 leading to other theme parks and the coast. The pool is 30ft x 15 feet and has electric heating. On a large plot and backing on to a conservation area (not overlooked) it is ideal for a relaxing break for one or two couples looking for a Florida vacation, Walt Disney World vacation or golf vacation.

Bedroom 1 has a 7ft. King size bed, a large walk in closet and an en suite shower room with access to the pool deck. Bedroom 2 has a 5ft. Queen size bed, and a large storage cupboard. Bedroom 3 is a twin room with a large storage cupboard and double doors for easy wheel chair access. The Davenport vacation home has high cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans for extra comfort. The kitchen of our vacation villa is fully fitted and has ample crockery etc. plus a fridge/freezer. There is a washing machine and drier in the garage. The garage is double. The family room has two 3 sofas, a 32 TV, a DVD player and CD player. The double sliding door to the pool deck is alarmed to warn if non swimmers or small children try to escape to the pool. The second bathroom is between Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Sunridge Woods is a quiet community with an active home owners association that ensures that the area is well maintained and clean. Golf is available at Champions Gate and Reunion, only a few miles from the Davenport vacation rental villa. The pool is cleaned weekly, and the Property Management Company ensures that the Davenport vacation rental is well cleaned and always ready for occupation. Altogether, a real home away from home.
