A 25% deposit is required to confirm reservation when booking more than 30 days before arrival. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A $400 damage deposit fee is fully refundable upon verification of condo condition.

A penalty of 10% of the rental fee for rental cancellation 30 days or more before arrival date. A penalty of 25% of the rental fee for rental cancellation within 30 days of arrival. In an event a cancellation is made within 30 days but if guest re-books for another time within the same calendar year only a 10% penalty is enforced.

One time cleaning/housekeeping fee of $60.
