Our San Juan del Sur Nicaragua vacation rental is two hours from Managua, has central A/C, a magnificent view of the Pacific, a full-time maid/cook and caretaker, a terrific swimming pool, and is only a short walk or drive from the beach. It has three bedrooms, all with a private bath, and sleeps eight (2 rooms with queen size beds and one with 2 sets of bunk beds). We furnished it completely in September 2002 when we were there

The restaurants and fish markets are outstanding. Includes a full-time maid and caretaker. They'll clean your fish, cook, wash your dishes -- whatever you want! Fishing is among the best in the world -- catch a Blue Marlin, Tuna and Swordfish all in one day by utilizing one of numerous local ocean fishing charters -- or enjoy a combination surfing and fishing expedition to the many beautiful coastal beaches inaccessible by vehicle.
