The upper Tiber valley (or Valtiberina) lies to the east of Tuscany and takes its name from the river which flows through it into the upper corner of Umbria. In the variety of architectonic styles and local customs, in artisan pieces and in the language itself, Valtiberina shows variegated influences, coming from Romagna, Marche and Umbria. These all work together to determine the eccentric peculiarity of this valley compared with the Tuscan reality. Renting conditions The property 'Il Biribino' consists of a main house and other buildings situated at the back; it consists of outbuildings and agricultural barns,the whole surrounded by a fenced garden of about 2000sqm.Inside the complex there is an outside swimming pool,a children's pool and a Jacuzzi tub,inside another Jacuzzi tub-both tubs at 36°- If renting the whole property, there is no Breakfast service there is a resident house - keeper,who can provide cleaning services and assistance. Rentals must be of 1 week minimum.
