This spacious new home built in 2005 boasts not only the Ocean in front, but a beautiful forested Wet Land in the back. At almost 4000 square feet of living area and decks, you will have plenty of room for everyone. Great for Family Reunions, Church and Civic groups, or Wedding Parties. More than 15 guests? no problem, let us help you find additional lodging at neighboring vacation rentals. Watch for our addition in summer 2008 which adds 4 more bedrooms and sleeps 12.

Dreaming of a wedding at the beach? Tammy at Celebrations by the Sea can take care of every romantic detail for your destination celebration, and Lisa at Bellisamo Cake Shoppe will create the perfect wedding cake to complete your event. Whatever your event, referrals are available to local businesses to cover your needs.

Come on the 4th of July, and you will be dazzled with the fireworks display from your own window. But book early, our customers always want to come back.

Gas Fireplace: Accually it is an electric log fireplace, but looks like a gas log fireplace.

Cancellation & Return Policy

All reservations cancelled are subject to a cancellation charge of $200. For reservations cancelled less than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival no refund will be made if the home is not rented for the reserved period. If the home is rented there will be a partial refund made.
