We rented this house for 2 weeks and loved it! Very charming, very quiet. TV in a nice lower level family room means there are two living areas. Nice if you have some who want to chat and some watching TV! Sheep Pond is gorgeous. It's an easy walk, and there is also parking right at the beach if you have family members (like our 88 years young patriarch) who can only walk very short distances.
