Rental price is for up to 4 adults and 2 children under 12. There is a extra guest fee of $25 a day for parties above this amount. Part of rental fee covers daily cleaning by housekeeper. The housekeeper is available to cook meals upon your request negotiate appropriate price and pay her directly for this service.
