Located on our beautiful 100% USDA Certified Organic, 8 acre coffee farm in Kona Hawaii. Totally private, serene and quiet. A perfect escape from the stress of ordinary life. A honeymoon hideaway even without a honeymoon. The Kailua Kona vacation rental is close to beaches, kayaking, snorkeling, hiking whatever suits your whim. Drive into town 15 minutes or stay away and relax. Completely contained unit, you need to bring nothing other than personal stuff.
Our Yurt has a deck completely surrounding it, where you can sun bathe, view the ocean and mountains, or just sit in the shade, read a book and sip a cool drink. Views from the deck in any direction are fabulous.
The Kailua Kona vacation cottage has screened windows all around, and a tropical copula which allow for natural ventilation and cooling.
The air is always fresh from the sea breezes, and carries the scent of the many tropical flowers in the area.
On clear nights, stargazing is a favorite thing to do sitting on the deck with the lights out.
If it happens to rain, the sound of the raindrops is a gentle lullaby to sleep by.
The deck sits above the tops of the coffee trees, with tropical trees and flowers to gaze upon everywhere. It is very quiet, very private, and you share nothing with anyone else.
This Kailua Kona vacation home is also less than a 5 minute drive takes you to snorkeling, diving, kayaking, hiking, and beaches without having to fight the traffic. The dolphins, fish and turtles are waiting to greet you. Not to mention an occasional whale when in season.

Pay Pal Deposits
Once dates have been confirmed, we require a $100 reservation deposit. Balance is due 30 days before reservation date or upon making the reservation if check in time is within 30 days.
$40.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
$150.00 breakage deposit, refundable after 1 week of departure, if no breakage.
$40.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.
Cancellation
We will refund your deposit (minus a 15% handling fee) if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation made after that time will be refunded (minus a 15% handling fee) ONLY if we can secure another reservation for that period.
