...The villa has a large family room with Cable TV and DVD, a beautiful full size pool table and air hockey game. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, sink disposal and a large fridge/freezer with icemaker. There are full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer and all rooms are fully heated/air-conditioned for year round comfort.
The private pool overlooks the lake and comes complete with plenty of comfortable poolside furniture, a gas barbecue (grill), and outdoor lighting. There is also a large covered lanai with ceiling fan and light to enable you to dine or just to offer some shade from the Florida sunshine.
The Villa has 2 master suites, both with king size beds and full bathrooms. There are 3 other bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, and the other 2 with twin beds. There is also a pull-out sofa bed for additional guests. The Villa easily accommodates 12 which is ideal for sharing with your family and/or friends.We have a professional property management company who takes care of our property. They are always on hand and available to assist our guests. If the need arises for you to contact them, you will find them to be very courteous, professional and quick to provide you with assistance.

Beautiful Orlando, FL Vacation Villa Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
We will accept Cashier's Check, Money Order, or personal checks as a form of payment for the deposit. The balance of your reservation is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
$500 Security Deposit and $500 Damage Deposit per week is required at time of booking. Reservation deposits are due immediately at the time Villa is booked. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive a deposit.
If a reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to your arrival, we will refund 75% or your deposit. There are no refunds if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of your arrival. But we reserve the right to keep the rental amount.Within 10 days after your departure, we will refund the security and damage deposit, less any amount required to cover repairs for damages (other than normal wear and tear) that occur during your visit.
Prices include 13% Florida state tax. Complimentary Pool Heat on all regular rentals
