If more than the agreed-upon number of guests arrive unexpectedly, they will be subject to an additional charge of $125 each, per night, or refused entrance if the total number is greater than eight.- No Pets AllowedThere is an additional one nights event fee charged for any events held at the villa. In addition to payments there is also a $1000 refundable security deposit due with final payment.

Should you need to cancel, you must do so 61 days or more prior to arrival date and you may receive a refund only if the property can be re rented for the exact same days canceled plus there will be a $1000.00 facilitating fee charged. If canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival date, there is no refund. Refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Property owners or booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari, 527 Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, CA. 94080. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing. TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE is strongly recommended.A one nights rental will be charged for any events held at the villa.There is also an additional $1000 refundable security deposit due with final pymt.
