This beautiful ocean view villa is located in the lower Conchas Chinas area just a 2 minute walk to sandy beach or a 15 minute walk into town along the beach or access road.
The villa can be rented as a 3 or 4 bedroom rental to sleep a max of 8 guest.
Some of the amenities are High speed internet and telephone, Maid service and houseman, excluding Sundays (No Staff on Sundays), Satellite TV and CD player, large round infinity pool with ocean view and A/C in two bedrooms only.
No children, maximum 6 adults if rented as 3 bedrooms and max 8 guest if rented as 4 bedrooms.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, bedroom # 3 has a King bed and bedroom #4 has a King bed.Even though bedroom #4 shows two twin beds, they can be made into a king.
The villa has a wonderful Gourmet kitchen which has been featured in several international interior design publications. There are two palapas over the sitting areas outside.
The Housekeeper will prepare a light breakfast upon request in advance. Cost of food and beverages and tipping of the staff not included in the cost of the rental. A Lunch and Dinner cook can be reqested at an additional charge. There is also a Portable BBQ.

Cancellation and Refunds-Once the deposit is received, this becomes a completely non-refundable booking. Should you need to cancel, you must do so 61 days or more prior to arrival date and you may receive a refund only if the property can be re rented by the booking agent for the exact same days canceled plus there will be a $1000.00 facilitating fee charged by agent. If canceled 60 days or less prior to arrival date, there is no refund. Refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Property owners or booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari, 527 Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, CA. 94080. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing. TRIP CANCELLATION/INTERRUPTION INSURANCE is strongly recommended.
