Rates:Holiday: $1450 USD per night ( 7 Night Minimum ) Easter and Thanksgiving week.Thanksgiving and Easter weeks

Note: 16 guest maximum. Eeach additional guest will be $50 per day per additional charge

50% deposit due within 7 days of confirming, balance due 60 days prior to arrival, $1000.00 refundable security deposit due with final payment. All rates are subject to change and include tax.Should this Puerto Vallarta villa be booked for an event, the refundable security deposit is $2000.00.



Cancellation and Refunds-In the event of a cancellation outside of 60 days prior to arrival date after the deposit is received, this becomes a non refundable booking unless the villa can be rented for the exact same dates that are canceled, at which time you will receive a refund and there will be a $1000.00 facilitating fee charged. If canceled 60 days or less prior to travel date, the total amount paid will be forfeited. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits/payments are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter week. Any refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Villa Mystique owners or booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari, 527 Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, CA. 94080. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing



Taxes included. Additional one nights rental fee charged for any events booked at the Puerto Vallarta villa. For more than the max number of 16 guests, there is an additional $50 per person per night fee charge for max number of 20 guests at the villa.
