Villa Mystique has a heated pool on the entertainment level as well as 5 bedrooms on this level. The main level has one master suite and the upper level has two master suites. All three master suites in this Puerto Vallarta vacation rental have their own private balcony with a view.

This Puerto Vallarta vacation rental comes with a professional staff of housemaid, Moso (houseman) who also serves as your bartender, house manager, Tony, that does all the grocery shopping and helps with tours, your cook will prepare 2 meals a day to your specifications or you may choose from our wonderful menu, and a housemaid. The staff works a 6 day work week with their day off being determined by the day of the group’s arrival. Villa Mystique is a 15 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute taxi ride to the center of beautiful Old Town. Activities are easy to arrange. Shopping, nightclubs, snorkeling, fishing, sightseeing, horseback riding, and much more, are all nearby. The Villa Mystique management and staff want you to enjoy your stay in Puerto Vallarta to its fullest and are committed to serving you with excellence.

Deposits

50% deposit due within 7 days of confirming, balance due 60 days prior to arrival, $1000.00 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Should the Puerto Vallarta villa be booked for an event, the refundable security deposit is $2000.00.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation and Refunds-In the event of a cancellation outside of 60 days prior to arrival date after the deposit is received, this becomes a non refundable booking unless the villa can be rented for the exact same dates that are canceled, at which time you will receive a refund and there will be a $1000.00 facilitating fee charged. If canceled 60 days or less prior to travel date, the total amount paid will be forfeited. All Holiday reservation/booking deposits/payments are non-refundable. This includes Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter week. Any refunds shall be limited to funds paid directly to Villa Mystique owners or booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari. All cancellations shall be submitted in writing and sent to booking agent, Charlotte Ferrari, 527 Orange Avenue, South San Francisco, CA. 94080. No refunds will be made for unused accommodations or services. Any deviation from this policy shall be arranged at time of reservation in writing
