Check, money order or cash. Full payment (cleared funds) due no less than 45 days prior to occupancy. Short occupancy agreement required at time of payment. CHECK WITH OWNER FOR MONTHLY RENTALS AND FOR 2009 SUPER BOWL PRICING.
$500 security/reservation deposit for weekly rental due in order to reserve, refundable upon 45 days prior written notice of cancellation. 20% of monthly fee as security and reservation deposit due upon reservation, refundable upon 45 days prior written notice of cancellation. Refundable pet deposit of $250 if pet is permitted. RESERVATIONS ARE NOT FINAL UNTIL SECURITY/RESERVATION DEPOSIT AND SIGNED OCCUPANCY AGREEMENT ARE RECEIVED BY OWNER.

Our stay at "On the Sand" (Aug. '07) was one of our best vacations ever. The owners have thought of every detail, from a welcome gift, well stocked kitchen to ample towels, comfortable furnishings and pool/beach toys/chairs. The amenities provided were far more than what is typical for a rental home and were top quality. Phil & Lisa were always available to answer any questions and were very responsive to our needs. We highly recommend you stay here! You won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay the week of may 5,2007. The home was wonderful....It was everything listed on line and even more, from beach towels to extra toothbrushes....the house had all the comforts imaginable...and outside the pool and a warm ocean....Our week was great!!!!! thankyou Lisa

This beautiful cottage situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico offers beautiful sunsets and all of the amenities of home - from a well provided kitchen with brand new appliances and granite counters to beautifully appointed bathrooms complete with blowdryers. Our kids enjoyed swimming and fishing during the day and loved the pool table in the upstairs loft overlooking the beach. Though I brought my own pillows I was delighted that the beds were even more comfortable than my own! Additionally, the eclectic decor was beautiful and inviting! Oh - how I dislike giving up such best kept secrets as this lovely home - but it truly is too good not to share! Have fun!

We've been there at mid-October 2006, the cottage it is excactly what you see and read about on this web site. The location is perfect, the facilities are all renewed and hi-end, and you will found everything you can expect to have good and pleasant times. But what make the difference from all others one's, it is all the small attention the owner had made; fresh flower, instuctions on paper tag to all electronic appliances, thanks card, personal hygiene items and many others details.
All the member of the familly had a great time, I highly recommended and I plan to comming back if I have the opportunities again.
