Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, and a TV in both the master bedroom and the living room. One of the reasons we love our Disney Area vacation rental condo is its location. There are no stairs to lug suitcases and strollers up. You can literally walk out the front door and in about ten steps be at the pool/spa and tennis courts. There is also a clubhouse at the pool with arcade games for the kids. Our Kissimmee condo is located four miles from Disney World. Universal Studios and Seaworld are both about 20 minutes away; and the Kennedy Space Center and Daytona Beach are about 1.25 hours away.
