You can hike the spectacular Tahoe Rim Trail which stretches all the way around Lake Tahoe. Or rent a ski-mobile and fly through the National Forest with some of the most breathtaking views you'll ever see. In summer you can swim, sail, powerboat, kayak, canoe, fish, horseback ride, golf at world-class PGA courses, or... You can just relax and look at the scenery.

We have a nice sandy beach and breakwater that will keep children occupied all day. Know what the number 1 attraction here is for kids? Catching crawdads. Yep, bring a little bacon and some string, and the kids will spend the entire day teasing crawdads out from the rocks.
Our favorite part of staying here is to walk down to the beach in the cool of the morning with a cup of coffee or hot chocolate and watch the lake as we wake up. We let the sun warm us up as we decide what to do (or not to do) for the day. Just remember to turn off your cell phone.

Payment and Cancellation Policy You have a confirmed rental only after you return your signed and initialed authorization form. We do not hold dates open or pencil you in based on your phone call. Upon receipt of your signed rental authorization form, we charge your full rental amount.
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly and leave us little time to refill the vacancy. Rentals for major holidays are not refundable under any circumstances. All cancelled reservations incur a $50 cancellation fee. Non-holiday cancellation less than sixty (60) days before arrival date will incur a charge of fifty-percent (50%) of the total rental. Cancellation less than thirty (30) days before arrival date will result in no refund.
After arrival, no refunds or credits will be made for early departure, regardless of the reason. We do not give refunds in the event of airline cancellations, inclement weather, highway closures, natural disasters, or illness. We strongly suggest you purchase trip insurance to protect yourself against unplanned events.
