Booking your Holiday: Bookings can be made via telephone, fax, e-mail or in person.
Peak periods: Minimum booking of 7days or by arrangement.
Deposit: 50 % deposit is required on confirmation of booking to secure.
Balance of payment : Due on arrival. Optional extras payable on departure.
Payment method : Direct or internet deposit, cheque or cash , company or travel agent voucher. Credit cards are also accepted. Banking details appear on invoice.
Cancellation : Deposit will not be refunded if a booking is cancelled
Rates: Rates quoted include breakfast (unless otherwise stated) and VAT. Rates are a guide and subject to change without notice.
Damages Surety: B&B -The Guest will make good any damages or loss caused by himself or his party and this will be charged to the final account to be paid on departure.Self catering & whole house rentals R5000.00 refundable damage surety deposit is payable by guest on confirmation of booking. This amount less any costs for repair, replacement & excessive cleaning , will be repaid within 10 days of departure.
Arrival and Departure Time :Arrival Day: from 14h00 Departure Day: by 10h00. Arrivals later than 19h00 by arrangement.Guests are welcome to make use of all facilities outside of these times ( swimming pool , lounge etc ) and to store their luggage for the day if required by prior arrangement with management.
Pets: Pets are not allowed unless by prior arrangement .
Smoking: Please note that this is a non smoking establishment as per law, smoking outdoors only.
Cleaning: Daily by management. The Guest is responsible for the condition of the room and its entire contents during the accommodation period, fair wear and tear excepted. Excessive cleaning to be deducted from damage surety deposit.
Indemnity: The management shall not be liable for, and the Guest waives/abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage against the management , whether arising form the managements default, negligence or otherwise.
Right of admission reserved.
