FLEGREA HOUSE - La Casa Rosa (12 max 21 sleeps) is located in the heart of historical center of Pozzuoli: a small city a few Km. from Naples. Well connected by underground, ring road, ferry boats.

The Naples vacation home is set among orange trees and Roman Ruins and amid a very quiet park and flourishing vegetation. It is a family farm house, recently refurbished. From the solarium (terrace on the top of the house) it offers an enchanting view on Pozzuoli Gulf, Capo Miseno light house and Ischia & Procida islands.

This Naples vacation villa is located in a private and large park with a pool and a characteristic places outside to relax in a suggestive and natural atmosphere.

Our beautiful Naples vacation rental is furnished in a country style, with distinctive details. There are six, bright, panoramic and independent bedrooms each with air conditioning & bath room en suite, TV, phone, safe box. Mainly on the middle floor (ground floor) of the villa.The villa has two adjacent and opposite unit, connected by terraces (just 10m.).

I°unity-MAIN HOUSE: On the below floor (ground floor) There is an original lounge with manger and Roman vaulted; organized for welcome guest or for reading.On the middle floor (ground floor) there is a Three bedded room with bath room en suite, a kitchen and a lounge/dining room with a bathroom. Here there is also a double sofa bed.

Upstairs-first floor there are two bed rooms, each with lounge with beds, bath room, kitchen and an intermediate floor-double bed.

II° Unity-ANNEX HOUSE: Two double/Three bedrooms and one single/twin bed room all with bath rooms en suite.

The Naples vacation home offers a lot and very relaxing out side places organized with umbrellas, chairs, table, etc. There are: Pool, big garden and terraces all around the house, solarium panoramic on to the sea, country with fruit & olives trees,....
