FOR SUMMER RENTALS - Check. If not paid in full 30 days prior to check in cash or certified check required. The week is from SAT to SAT Only. Check-in is 4 Pm and check-out is 11am the following Sat.FOR OFF SEASON (WEEKEND) RENTALS - Must be paid in full at time of lease signing Deposits
$500 deposit upon acceptance. $1000 due approximately 60 days prior to check in. Balance (including $400 refundable security deposit) due approximately 30 days prior to check in.

Cancellation
The Tenant is responsible for the entire lease. If the Tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, he/she must do so in writing to the Owner. This lease can be terminated by the Tenant prior to April 15, 2012 and Tenant shall receive a full refund. If terminated after that date, this lease shall be terminated only after another Tenant is secured or permission from the Owner is granted. In this event, a Cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price shall be deducted before the balance of monies is returned.
