Fabulous Long Beach Island Vacation Condo w/Pool Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
FOR SUMMER RENTALS - Check. If not paid in full 30 days prior to check in cash or certified check required. The week is from SAT to SAT Only. Check-in is 4 Pm and check-out is 11am the following Sat.
FOR OFF SEASON RENTALS - Must be paid in full at time of lease
$500 deposit upon acceptance. $1000 due approximately 60 days prior to check in. Balance (including $300 refundable security deposit) due approximately 30 days prior to check in.
The Tenant is responsible for the entire lease. If the Tenant wishes to cancel for any reason, he/she must do so in writing to the Owner. This lease can be terminated by the Tenant prior to April 15, 2008 and Tenant shall receive a full refund. If terminated after that date, this lease shall be terminated only after another Tenant is secured or permission from the Owner is granted. In this event, a Cancellation fee of 25% of the rental price shall be deducted before the balance of monies is returned.
