The living room has a split unit remote controlled air conditioned, all rooms have ceiling fans, just in case you prefer to listen to the ocean instead of the air conditioner. The large living room is equipped with stereo, TV and VCR.
We prefer our guests to be mature adults, families with well behaved children over the age of six, as said before, absolutely no smoking. Furniture is handcrafted and painted in the colorful Mexican style. A large balcony leads off the living room and bedroom, overlooking the large pool and beautiful Banderas bay. Watch the whales play from December to April as you sit on the balcony of this Puerto Vallarta vacation rental with a Margarita in hand, that you just blended up in the well equipped Mexican kitchen where you will find all the comforts of home. Off of the kitchen you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer. The dining room is fabulous and will seat 6 people around the large dining table. Rates based on minimum stay of 5 nights, each additional Person - $ 10 US per night.Stays of less than five days incur an additional $15 charge
