Southwest Style- Newly Renovated-You Found It! Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
US Dollars. 50% of the rental is due with the signed agreement. Agreement is sent via email upon request. Rental is confirmed for dates required when the signed rental and first payment are received.
$250 refundable Security/Cleaning Deposit. $110.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee. NO SMOKING IN HOME (OUTSIDE Allowed) PETS only be permission of the owner. 50% of rental due at time reservation is made plus the $99 cleaning fee. Remaining 50% and the security deposit is due 15 days prior to check in.Reservation Policy; The reservation will not be considered booked until the first deposit and signed contract are received and confirmed. Cancellation Policy: If reservation is cancelled the deposit will be credited to a future reservation, unless the property is rerented for that period. All refundable deposits will be mailed to tenant within 15 days of vacancy; the amount dependent upon the condition of the home when inspected.Initial inspection of premises conducted at beginning of rental and final inspection done prior to departure.
