Casita Oceano Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
PayPal and Wire Transfers.Please pay all costs when sending money by wire transfer and PayPal Payments.
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. A rental agreement will be sent to you at the time of your reservation, which you must sign and return.
A deposit of 50% of your rental fee is required to reserve the unit. The balance must be received by 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you fail to pay the balance by then, your reservation may be cancelled and your whole reservation deposit will be forfeited. If you book the unit within 30 days of arrival, you will be required to pay the full rental fee.
You are responsible for any breakages or damage to the property during your rental period. In order to protect us against any excessive cleaning, breakages and damage caused by you a $200 security deposit will be required on arrival. This is returned to you after an inventory and damage check has been made on your departure.
100% refund minus $50 administration fee if your cancellation is received up to 60 days before your arrival date. 50% refund if your cancellation is received up to 31 days before your arrival date. No refund if your cancellation is received within 30 days before your arrival.
