Rich, vibrant and passionate reds with coordinating, brightly colored comforter with red &pink hibiscus and palm leaves. Matching striped drapes frame the windows of this sunlight-filled room with a view of the pool to the north and a view of the ocean and beach to the south. Large en-suite bathroom has a sumptuous large jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower stall, as well as double sinks.

SECOND BEDROOM has a Queen-size Four poster bed with tropical bedspread, matching drapes, pillows and shams. Along with the Master Bedroom, it has a walk-out to the second floor balcony with two lounge chairs and table for your morning coffee.

THIRD BEDROOM has two large bamboo twin beds with casual flip-flops lime green and lemon comforter and lots of fluffy pillows. The ensuite has a large shower stall. As this is on the MAIN floor, it is an ideal guest room, or for older guests not wanting to climb stairs, or for teenagers wanting to be away from their parents on the 2nd floor.

MEDIA LOFT: Can easily be the 4th bedroom and would, essentially, be a studio. There is a pull-out double bed in the large sectional sofa. There is a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full set of dishes and small sink. Enjoy popcorn with the 75 DVD movies provided, or morning coffee at the 2-seater cafe table. Several fine dining establishments are nearby this Cayman Islands vacation villa: Lighthouse, Portofino's Italian Food, Castros (home of the Barefoot Man -- a must see in Cayman !). Several restaurants, frequented by locals, are also close by: Viviennes, Arlenes and Durty Reids.

The Cayman Islands vacation rental is 20 minutes away from a large grocery store (In front of the Largest Skateboard Park in the WORLD -- Black Pearl ) called Hurley's Supermarket. They have a FABULOUS selection of freshly prepared foods that you just need to bring home and heat. Cheaper than dining out, much more convenient than cooking! We are also a 5-minute drive in the opposite direction from a large convenience store, also owned by Hurleys.

If cancelled within 45 days of arrival, no refund UNLESS we are able to get a booking for the same days, in which case you will be refunded the amount received for those same days booked (may be less if there are fewer people, or if we offer a last minute discount) but we will do everything possible to get our villa rebooked to minimize your loss -- we want to be fair, and we want you to visit our complex down the line when you can.
