Ocean Boulevard and Atlantic Ocean beaches. 10 minutes from West Palm Beach Airport and downtown WPB. 5 minutes from Lantana Airport, JFK hospital and I-95. 5 minutes from historic downtown Lake Worth with numerous (non-chain) ethnic restaurants of many types, plus Starbucks, Lake Worth Playhouse, close to all stores. 10 minutes from Kravis Center in WPB. A superb location! In the middle of everything, but a totally quiet location.
Directly across the 2 lane street in front of the house is of one Palm Beach County's premier parks - John Prince Park (726 acres) has miles of paved biking/walking trails, acres of beautifully groomed grass, a 32,500 sq. ft. golf learning center open nightly till 10pm. Plus basketball courts, boat launching ramps, bocce courts, RV/campground, exercise course, playfields, petanque court, playgrounds for all ages, therapeutic recreation center, softball fields, splash park, tennis courts and volleyball courts. Walk across from the house to enter park. Plus 338 acre lake. All of these activities are within the park, but not visible from the house and the actual park entrance for cars is on 6th Avenue, several miles from the house. The house is on a quiet side of the park, but you can easily walk to all of the parks facilities. The campground entrance is several miles away on the other side of the park and campground is not visible or near house due to size of park.

This is a fabulous location for anyone wanting to be near West Palm Beach and Palm Beach, but have a full house and big yard, and great access to the park and ocean, but not have to pay a fortune! Lanai is fully screened in so it's extra safe for children or pets - and the entire backyard is fenced with locked gates on the sides of the house so there is no entrance into the backyard but thru the house.
Very nice area. Everything is on one floor, with one step down into sun room. One small step up into house from front patio. Easy access for all.
