Quiet and relaxing location just minutes from BOONE, NC with a nice view of the mountains and neighboring farmland while being nestled in a beautiful valley of the Blue Ridge Mountains. You or your little ones might enjoy watching the cows and horses just across the road, and if you are lucky, you may see a few wild turkeys or deer. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. You must contact me before booking and we will discuss whether or not your pet can be accommodated. If I determine that the pet can come, there will be a nonrefundable charge of $25.00 per pet to cover added cleaning costs. If any damage occurs other than something that can be taken care of by cleaning, that additional amount will be deducted from the deposit. In the event you bring a pet that has not had pre-approval, your entire deposit will be forfeited.

It's hard to believe it's time to leave. Our days here have been pure pleasure--away from traffic, work demands, family responsibility, telephones/answering machines and especially hurricanes!...The hours spent on your front porch in the rocking chairs were priceless. Grandpa Greer's Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Personal check or money order for the total amount due 2 weeks in advance of arrival date except for last-minute booking. For last-minute booking, amount due in full in CASH upon arrival.

This is to include a refundable damage deposit of $100 for stays of 4 nights or less and $200 for stays of 5 nights or more in addition to the actual cost of the rental. In the event of late booking, total due in CASH upon arrival. Damage deposit to be refunded to you within 2 weeks of your departure if there are no damages. Guests with unauthorized pets will automatically forfeit the entire damage deposit.
