I could go on and on about the location. We are known as the Nature Coast because of all the wildlife and undistubed property in the area, it truly is a natualist dreamland and lets not forget about the Manatee, Kings Bay is one of best places in Florida to observe these gentle giants.

Crystal River Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

Reservation deposit of the equivalent of one day stay for nightly or weekend stays. For weekly and monthly rentals, 50% of total rental fees. Due three month before arrival. Balance due upon arrival. Refundable secruity desposit for $200.00 returned within 30 days after departure.
Cancellations must be made within 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellations are less then 30 days, than the reservation desposit well be retained. Early departures well not be refunded.
