Liability:- No claim can be made on the owners or Managing Agents for accident, loss or injury (however caused). We strongly advise that an all inclusive holiday Insurance cover be taken out. Cancellations:- In the event of unforeseen circumstances the person booking our property must notify cancellation in writing.

13% is chargeable on rental fees.
Terms & Conditions: the rental charge is for up to 14 guests. We apologize that no smoking and no pets are allowed in the villa. The charge includes electricity, water, air-conditioning, refuse collection, cable TV service, local telephone calls and the use of all linen and towels. The use of the villa includes the use of the facilities available at Windsor Hills Resort. However, from time to time the resort will have to carry out essential repairs and maintenance to the pool and other facilities. The owners have no control over this and may not be notified in advance. We apologise if this happens but no refund can be made for any facilities unavailable during your stay.
