No rear neighbours.Very spacious at 2270sq ft and located just off Highway 27 and 1 mile from US192 the main road to Walt Disney World.Fully air conditioned with high cathedral ceilings and ceiling fans.The utility room has large washing machine and drier etc.The Master Bedoom has a Queen bed,large ensuite bathroom and walk in closet,cable TV & DVD. The second Queen Bedroom looks out towards Lake Davenport and has an adjacent bathroom with full facilities. There is a third Queen Bedroom with an adjacent bathroom plus two twin bedrooms. There are two rollaway beds. Free wireless internet and landline phone calls within the continental US and Canada.The door onto the pool deck and barbecue area is alarmed to prevent unauthorised access by small children.All the amenities including cable TV, VCR, DVD & films,gamecube and games, crib, highchair, pool toys, barbecue and large games room incorporating fussball, air hockey, games and comfortable seating.The pool is cleaned weekly and our excellent local management company are on 24 hour call to ensure that the villa is very well maintained and cleaned and our guests are well looked after.A welcome pack of groceries can be arranged in advance.PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT A MAXIMUM PARTY SIZE OF 12 INCLUSIVE OF INFANTS.
