Our vacation rental home backs onto a woodland conservation area, which provides a beautiful unspoiled view from the lanai, where there is a heated pool and spa. So tranquil, so peaceful and yet, only 10 minutes from Disney World, 15 minutes from Sea World, and 25 minutes from Universal Studios.
For those who prefer the sun and surf, the East Coast beaches and Space Center are only an hour a way. If you plan your visit right, you may even be able to see a space shuttle launch! West Coast beaches, with their unbelievable powdery white sand, are just an hour and a half away.

The kitchen is fully loaded with an oven/range, microwave, and dishwasher. A full china and silverware service is provided along with a complete set of cooking knives and utensils, coffee maker, and toaster. Don't spend all your time and money eating out; enjoy a bit of home by dinning in.
By the pool, there is a covered lanai with a ceiling fan, patio table and chairs, also loungers and gas barbeque. Pool can be protected by a child safety fence. During the cooler months, the pool and spa can be heated for a small additional charge.
For your convenience, there is a laundry room, complete with a full size washer and dryer, is right off the kitchen. A pantry offers additional storage space. If anything needs ironing, there is an iron and ironing board.
