Blue Palm Villa Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Automatically quoted rates are for 1 to 2 guests only! Larger parties and additional guest rates are as follow: Christmas and New Years Weeks $4300 per week 1 to 6 guest(04/12/2008 to 12/19/2008) 3 to 6 guest $2800 per week (01/03/2009 to 04/10/2009) 3 to 4 guest $3300, 5 to 6 guest $3600 per week (04/11/2009 to 12/18/2009) 3 to 4 guest $2800, 5 to 6 guest $3000 per week(12/19/2009 to 01/02/2010) $4300 per week 1 to 6 guest
Deposits: To confirm reservation, a deposit of 50% is required within fourteen (14) days after reservation has been made. After receiving your deposit a confirmation will be sent to you. The balance of the rental amount plus tax is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Once your reservation is confirmed there is a 100% cancellation fee on your total rental. If Blue Palm Villa can be re booked for your rental period, a refund of your rental amount less 15% administrative fee will be refunded. From our previous travels and villa rentals, we recommend you purchase cancellation insurance.
Lodging Tax: 8 % (Not included in the above rental rates)We also require a fully refundable $500 security deposit.
