The property within the Estates has access to a private tropical swimming pool and four regulation size tennis courts. The condo is well equipped with a full size kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, 2 telephones with private voicemail access, 2 Televisions with free cable access, PC with Cable High Speed Internet Service, a Stereo System with DVD, CD and VCR capabilities, and a private reserved parking stall directly in front of your lower level unit (a daily 10-20.00 VALUE-free!). You may choose to cook a meal in the condo or barbecue at the outdoor facilities by the pool. Several nearby restaurants offer a variety of local dining experiences including Lei Lei's- a local favorite.
