The Aspen Leaf House is a beautifully decorated, newly constructed home just minutes from the world-class slopes of Breckenridge Resort. There are incredible views from every room and every window of our home. FREE SKIING & GOLF are included with the rental of our house. Guests enjoy the use of TWO Summit Foundation Passes that provide FREE SKIING at Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and A. Basin PLUS Vail and Beaver Creek and FREE GOLF at Breckenridge Golf Course, Copper Golf Course & Keystone Ranch Golf Course. The ski passes are completely transferable with no black out days. They are good for every day of your stay so each member of your group can benefit from the passes. These passes also provide discounts on lessons, rentals and purchases throughout the County.

Heat is radiant floor heat so even the bathroom tiles are warm to the feet.
The attached garage is heated and provides plenty of storage for all your outdoor gear.
There is a large screen TV with built-in, surround-sound system, outdoor speakers (on the hot tub deck), CD, and DVD.
The fireplace is gas, so it is cozy yet easy to enjoy.
All linens and towels provided, and even plush robes to slip into after a relaxing soak in the tub.
