Each of the 16 deluxe Provincetown units has been fully renovated with new bathrooms, kitchenettes, custom platform beds, artwork, light fixtures and carpeting. Our kitchenettes feature Corian countertops, a breakfast bar with counter stools and amenities that include a refrigerator, electric cooktop, sink and microwave. For your convenience, our kitchenettes are fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware and utensils, as well as small appliances such as coffee makers and blenders. The rooms are accessorized with custom-made bed covers and shams, nautical-theme draperies, and furniture by American of Martinsville. All Provincetown condos are non-smoking and feature cable television, as well as heating and air conditioning.

Double Superior- A spacious waterfront room with two double beds and a private bathroom. Room includes a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, stove, and a microwave. Also includes a breakfast bar with chairs and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony or a deck and access to the beach. All rooms have a television and a DVD player.

Economy Queen- Spacious guestroom with one queen bed with a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, blender, stove, and microwave. This room also includes a deck outside on the ground floor. All rooms have a television and a DVD player. (Waterfront rooms are subject to availability.)

Queen Deluxe- Spacious waterfront guestroom with two queen beds and a great view of the town. This room also features a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, blender, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Additionally, this room features a cocktail table and two stuffed chairs. All rooms have a television and DVD player.

Economy King- This cozy guestroom features a studio size refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. For your convenience, utensils for two, dinnerware, and cookware are available. All rooms have a television and DVD player. (Waterfront rooms are subject to availability.)

King Superior- A spacious waterfront guestroom with one king bed. This room includes full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, blender, stove, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Room also has a sliding glass door leading to balcony or deck and access to the beach. All rooms have a television and a DVD player.

Our beachfront Provincetown property is the ideal location for a myriad of water activities. Whale watching, a specialty on the Cape, can be done right from our private beach.
