50% due upon booking, plus a 100% Refundable Damage/Security deposit of $500 is required.
If the Customer wishes to cancel the rental agreement, he/she must notify the Chalet Owner in writing. The following policies shall apply to all cancellations.
If the cancellation is 60 days or more prior to the start date of the rental period, the Chalet Owner will refund all monies paid less a handling charge of $100.If the cancellation is made with less than 60 days to the start date of the rental period, the Chalet Owner will endeavour to re-book the chalet for the same time period.If the Chalet Owner is able to re-book the chalet for the same time period/rate, all monies paid will be refunded less a $100 handling charge.If the Chalet Owner can only re-book a portion of the rental period, then he shall refund only that portion less a $100 handling charge.If the Chalet Owner is unable to re-book the rental period, then all monies paid by the Customer, less the damage deposit are forfeited to the Chalet Owner.
