TEQUILA SUNRIZE - Crystal Beach Vacation Rental Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted

The rent balance and the cleaning/damage security deposit must be paid in cash, certified or cashier's check, postal or bank money order or traveler's checks or credit card. NO PERSONAL CHECKS AT CHECK-IN.
MAKING YOUR RESERVATIONSWhen making a reservation, have in mind the exact dates and the number of people who will be using the beach house, including your overnight guests.
FAMILY ENVIRONMENT:We rent to FAMILIES and accept reservations ONLY FROM ADULTS! No weddings, prom, spring break, graduation groups, chaperoned or not, will be allowed to rent Tequila Sunrise Properties. No exceptions will be made and NO KEYS WILL BE GIVEN TO ANYONE BUT AN ADULT! If Security discovers groups, overcrowding or damage, all parties will be asked to leave promptly, without a refund of rent money. Identification must be furnished upon request.
LENGTH OF RENTAL:Rental weeks are available two ways: Monday Noon to Sunday at 4 p.m.,Friday noon to Thursday at 4 p.m., orWeekends Friday noon to Sunday at noon.Weekends are booked ONLY when they do not present a possible time loss. However, off season can be booked anytime as long as it is a two day rental

Deposits: 2016 SeasideBeachfront Property is $500. You must have your deposit within five days in order to hold the beach house for you. The balance is due when the keys are picked up. You will receive your damage deposit with 5 working days after check out. This damage deposit is 100% refundable only if you have left the home clean and in the same condition, without any furniture or property damages, as when you have checked in.
This is a NON-SMOKING Home and therefore, you must not smoke inside of the house or else you will loose your deposit.
If you cancel your reservations within 6 weeks before your stay your deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel before the 6 week deadline then you will only be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
