Please note that several guests who have stayed have told us that these internet pictures do not do justice to the home - particularly the size. The main living floor features 14 foot vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling glass with pano views of San Francisco and the bay. There is a big skylight and tons of natural light from the southerly window line but the picture loaded here of the main living level came out dark and small looking. 14 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, wood burning stove/fireplace, sweeping views, 3 decks including a private deck off the master bedroom, private access to back yard, easy walks to fine and casual dining from a safe and quiet neighborhood surrounded by forest in one of the San Francisco's only cul-de-sacs. It is the best of all worlds, which is why we live next door.

Guests can walk 3 blocks to grocery stores (organic available), walk to Starbucks, convenience store, casual and fine dining - 4 different neighborhoods and hundreds of choices to choose from all walking distance. Great recreation for children, kids, and adults. Rent bikes, walk or run through 3 mile long Golden Gate Park, which is 3 blocks away. Getting around couldn't be better. Muni stop 3 blocks away takes you 5 stops to Union Square (cable cars and Fisherman's Wharf). The west is ocean beach, to the east is downtown and eventually PacBell Park (San Francisco Giants games - home of Barry Bonds). Everything you want, nothing you don't.
