The Down-stairs Unit is over 1150 SQ. Ft. and is a 2br/2ba. it has a 500 Sq. Ft. master bedroom with a 1/2 moon brick fireplace and a New Jacuzzi Whirlpool Tub. There is a fenced side yard and an attached garage...the Gourmet kitchen is 3 years new. Ideal for those families with senior citizens. There is a front patio with swing and chairs and the fenced in yard has a BBq with talbe and chaise.

Both units provide great comfort for large familes with 2 kitchens and 2 fireplaces with 11 beds and 3 bathrooms...will accomodate 14 guest comfortably...or just 1 unit for that special getaway ..fireplaces in both units and a jacuzzi tub in the top unit-cozy enough for 2?
