The Grand Lake vacation home is lovingly furnished with Southwestern style decor, and will sleep up to 10 people comfortably.
Estess Keepsake was officially opened in May, 2005. We spent 6 weeks at our Grand Lake vacation house that year, and soon began renting it out to others to enjoy in our absence.

SAVE $550! DISCOUNT FOR CHRISTMAS WEEK, ONE NIGHT FREE PLUS FREE CLEANING. (Savings of $300 for night; $250 for cleaning.) One complete week for $1800. RESERVE NOW. WRITE!! $200 deposit.
Booking for summer, 2010 ONLY for these dates: May 29-June 5; June 5-12; June 12-19; August 14-21; August 28-September 4; and September 4-11.
NEW SUMMER 2010 RATES -- REDUCED:
(1) Book now at the minimum price of $300/night! (Reduced from $400/night.) One week now only $2,100. 2 weeks now only $3,500! 1 month $6,000 (after Labor Day one month $3,000).
(2) We are taking ONLY week-long renters -- Saturday to Saturday.
(3) Cleaning fee, to be paid when full rent is paid -- 30 days before occupancy -- is $250 if more than 4 persons, or $150 if 4 persons or fewer. The house sleeps 8 comfortably; maximum of 8 people allowed.
(4) Payment in full must be received by owners 30 days prior to start date of rental.
(5) NO PETS; NO SMOKING.
(7) If bringing equipment, such as snowmobiles, or four-wheelers, or trailer vehicles, must have permission from owner about how many are permissible to bring.
Deposit, totally refundable, will be $200 per week, which will be refunded if house is in perfect condition upon your departure. (ALL of our renters left the house perfect this year, and all are receiving their full refunds.)
Minimum deposit is $200.
