The 'Vinyid' - a summer tradition.

An elegant contemporary built for summer living with cathedral ceilings and skylights throughout. With pegged oak flooring and high ceiling fans, the open living area expands through five Anderson sliders to a beautiful geometric deck that wraps around the entire south face, capturing the sun throughout the day. Enjoy the privacy of our wooded lot, yet remain convenient to all the island's activities.

It is just a short drive or jog through conservation land to the ocean and pond beaches of Long Point, where the ocean offers big surf and the pond sheltered calm. After a hard day at the beach, enjoy the outdoor shower, light the charcoal barbecue, and relax on the deck with a cocktail. After dark, marvel at the stars on a summer's night and you may hear the distant ocean.

You will also have access to pristine Lambert's Cove beach on the north side of town. Explore the island's network of bike trails accessible at the end of our paved road. All points of this island are no more than 20 minutes by car. Discover the many other island beaches, the lighthouses, farmers' market, and artisan galleries.

Furnished with a tasteful blend of antique and modern. The kitchen with breakfast bar is fully appointed. The loft area at the top of the stairs has skylights and a balcony. The upstairs master queen-size bedroom opens with a slider onto a separate balcony. Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, each with a set of twin beds. Each floor has a full bathroom, and the laundry closet is on the first floor.
