Not only a great view of the Smoky Mountains, it is located near a Club House, a Pool, and Lighted Tennis Courts.... and many fine Golf Courses... my favorite is Laurel Valley...

Pigeon Forge has about any activity that any age person would want to take part in. DollyWood and Splash Country are two first rate Amusement Parks... Gatlinburg has the shops and arts places and Craftmen Drive is just down the road where the old crafts that made the area famous can be found.

A day trip into the Smoky Mountains is very easy where you can find hiking trails of all degrees and lengths are found... and fly fishing right down town is a treat or any where along the Pigeon River.

For the bold at heart... wild life can be seen but I recommend not walking around at sunrise or sunset... there are bears.

The overall stay was excellent. The house was more than expected. We loved the view, we will definetly be staying again. There were a few things that we would have liked to seen updated. The deck was old and everyone of us got splinters. Atleast half the lights did not work or the bulbs were blew. We contacted maintenance about the hot tub (we did not have a cover because bear ripped it) and we did not get a response and no one ever showed up to help us. We had to pay 20.00(refundable ) for a pool pass because it was not in the house. But, like I said all in all we loved it and will be staying again, the screened in porch was awesome, since it rained 3 or 4 times that week. It was peaceful and quiet. The house had an excellent lay out and was huge.......It could also use a new hot tub since our feet kept getting sucked into the water intake hole. But, it did not stop use for getting back in. Like I said, we will be staying in the same house next year or maybe this year again. The view is good, some trees need to be cut back and that would make the view better. We liked the fact there was wood already in the garage and two grills. Plenty of patio furntiure, towels, toilet paper, and dishwasher soap. Be prepared for the ride of your life to the house. There are 40 curves in 1.6 miles to the house. This is more than deal's gap!!! We had a hard time getting our trailer and car turned around, but we managed. We learned that it was easier to park at the end of the drive and walk to the door rather than tring to manuver around the edge when backing. I know I said a few negative things but I wanted to make sure you knew these things, these were the things that I was like "Oh, the pictures did not show this"! But, remember I will go back and probably soon! One of the most positive things about the house was that it looked lived in. We have stayed in a hand full of houses in Gburg over the years and this was the first house that we felt like we were at home in........Is it for SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
