$ 300.00 deposit up to 30 days stay and $ 600.00 for more than 30 days stay, due upon reservation. Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits are to be returned within 14 days of departure date if property is under condition of rental agreement, if not; part/whole of deposit will be kept to cover any damage done to property or any item of the house.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival or deposit will be lost.

& Taxes
Administration fee of $ 25.00 charged for any cancellation or changes. Taxes charges are 10 %. Pet fee $ 120.00.
