Hula Hangout-Beach House.PET FRIENDLY.GULF VIEWS! Vacation Rental Payment Methods Accepted
Payment in full is due 15 days prior to check-in date. Personal checks, travelers checks, and corporate checks are accepted.
A refundable damage deposit ($300) will be added to the bill. The damage deposit will be refunded via mail after cottage has been cleaned and left in conditions satisfactory to the owners and the manager. If applicable a non-refundable pet deposit ($150) will be added.
Cancellation must be made 15 days or more prior to arrival for a 25% refund of deposit. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund of deposit.
Sales and bed tax (11%), cleaning fee ($120).
