This beachfront apartment is footsteps from your own private beach, and only a 5-10 minute walk to Chile's summer hotspot: Renaca Beach in Vina del Mar. It's ocean view, luxious amenities, and beach/pool access make this a dream vacation location. We've provided everything (linens, kitchen/cooking utensils, furniture, etc) to make your stay a fabulous one!

Apartment features: The master bedroom featuresa KING bed with an ocean view and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a QUEEN bed and access to a separate guest bathroom . There is also a pull-out Futon Bed to accomodate extra people. The living/dining room and American style kitchen both have an ocean view and direct access to the balcony. There are closets in both bedrooms and a pantry for the kitchen. There is an entertainment center that has a TV (with Cable), Radio, DVD/VCR player.

Complex features: The apartment has an outdoor pool with a large sun-bathing area, an indoor heated pool, saunas, an exercise room, a game/activties room, and a small cafeteria for quick fixes. There is also FREE WiFi Internet access available 24/7.

Location Information: Reneca is located in only an hour's drive from the country's capital, Santiago. It is in the popular tourist region of Vina del Mar, famous for it's beaches, and Valparaiso, famous for it's folklore and culture. The apartment is located on a main street, that has easy access to public transportation.

PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer Deposits
A small percentage of total rental price is requested to confirm rental. This deposit will block off your travel dates and will cover any incidentals that might occur during your stay.

Cancellation
We ask for at least 5 day notice of cancellation (from arrival date). Deposit will be returned with $25 deducted to cover transfer fees. If cancel occurs within 5 days of arrival date 50% of the deposit will be retained.
